The hotel asset management arm of Orascom Development Group incorporated to drive profits by leveraging the Group’s growing guest-room inventory, town infrastructure and extended tourism expertise.

Our portfolio consists of 35 operating Hotels. Amassing a total of more than 8,000 guest-rooms across 4 countries: Egypt, UAE, Oman and Switzerland, whereas our expansion plans include 7 hotels in Montenegro, 8 in Morocco, 8 in Oman, 3 in Switzerland and 3 in Egypt.

  • Hotel Management: 53% of the guestroom inventory are managed by OHM
  • Asset Management: 47% of the guestroom inventory are managed by 3rd party hotel management companies, where OHM overviews the performance to ensure satisfactory deliverables
