Amoun Island

Orascom Development entered a lease agreement with the Egyptian Government in 2005 to develop the area into an exclusive luxury boutique- style hotel. The project spans over 20,000 m2 and is located on a spectacular Nile river bank. With 38 luxurious suites featuring private lounges and pools, an exquisite restaurant, lounge bar, wine cellar, and a private library, plans are set to have hotel management agreements with world- renowned Cheval Blanc (Group LVMH).



Lustica is now an operating destination and emerging new town on the Adriatic coast Montenegro. The town already comprises villlas, apartment buildings and a golf course. A total of seven hotels are planned for Luštica Bay, each with a unique theme based on its location within the overall resort complex. Guests will have a range of accommodation choices from the seafront exclusivity of the property’s southern peninsula to an upper hillside golf experience to a beach or marina experience directly on Trašte Bay. Additional boutique style accommodations will be available in the villages associated with each marina.




Chbika, in Morocco, will be developped as an integrated self-sufficient tourist destination in the south of Morocco. Resort amenities upon completion is to host a mix of 5 and 4 star hotels together with a marina, real estate and activities projects. In 2012 Orascom Hotels Management signed management agreements with Club Med and Melia regarding the management of one of Chbika’s first- phase hotels.



As Sodah

Located off the southern coast of Oman opposite Salalah Beach, As Sodah is a secluded island covering a surface area of 11 million square meters. Set to be the region’s niche destination, As Sodah Island’s highlight is planned to be a Cheval Blanc ( Group LVMH) managed luxury boutique hotel. A corresponding management agreement was signed in 2009. The hotel spans an area of 1 million square meters and features 32 exclusive pavilions, each having its own private swimming pool and private access beach. The hotel’s master plan also includes a main lodge and a spa.


City walk

City Walk Muscat is the awaited vibrant Downtown City Complex serving the cosmopolitan capital city of Oman, Muscat. The master plan encompasses a modern administrative tower and a luxury shopping mall. Furthermore, the project plan includes a five star hotel with a capacity of 270 rooms. An understanding has been reached between Orascom Development and the government of Oman in 2007, however no official land has been allocated to Orascom Development.
